Indications

Process

  • Medical history, fluid/voiding diary, basic examination
  • Urine test, possibly ultrasound/post‑void residual
  • Treatment: pelvic floor physiotherapy, bladder training, pessaries, medication
  • Cooperation: urology/pelvic floor center if needed

Preparation

  • 2–3 day fluid/voiding diary (if possible)
  • Note current medications and symptoms

Aftercare

  • Follow‑up after 6–12 weeks
  • Adjust pessaries/training as needed
