Arrive well prepared

Please bring – if available – your insurance card, medication list and relevant reports. For first visits, it helps to have a brief overview of your cycle, symptoms and previous surgeries. If you need translation or have special needs, please let us know in advance so we can plan enough time.

Questions ahead of time? You can find answers in our FAQ section. For specific medical topics, please see the relevant service pages, e.g. Pregnancy, Contraception or Menopause.

FAQ – Contact & directions

How early should I arrive?

Ideally 5–10 minutes so we can take care of formalities in a relaxed way. For first appointments, we plan a bit more time.

Is the practice child-friendly?

Yes – we have a small waiting area with coloring materials. Please let us know if you are bringing a stroller so we can keep enough space.

I have acute symptoms – what should I do?

Please call us. We keep short-notice slots available or coordinate with our network. Outside opening hours, contact the medical on-call service; in life-threatening situations, call 144.
