What should I bring to my first appointment?

Insurance card, medication list, relevant referral letters/reports; if available, vaccination record and cycle notes.

How do I book an appointment?

Book online via our online booking or contact us by phone/email.

How does pregnancy screening work?

Ultrasound in the 1st–3rd trimester; NIPT: usually covered by basic insurance when medically indicated and also available on request (self-pay). We provide individual counselling and coordinate examinations via our network if needed.

Are there waiting times?

We aim for short waiting times. Acute cases are accommodated promptly; we inform you transparently in case of delays.

Is the practice accessible?

Yes, access is step-free. If you have specific needs, please let us know in advance.

Where can I park?

Parking is available on site. Arriving by public transport is also easy.

Can I get prescriptions or referrals without an appointment?

In justified cases, we can issue repeat prescriptions or referrals after clarification. Please contact us by phone or email.

Do you offer video consultations?

Yes, for selected topics. We clarify by phone whether video or in-person is more suitable.

Which languages do you offer consultations in?

German, English and Arabic. Interpreter services can be arranged on request.

Is a colposcopy painful?

Usually, it feels similar to a Pap smear. If a biopsy is needed, it may be briefly uncomfortable; light bleeding afterwards is common.

What should I keep in mind after the examination?

You can usually go home right away. If a biopsy was taken, we will provide individual aftercare instructions.

What happens next?

We discuss the next steps transparently depending on the findings (follow-up, treatment or further assessment).

How secure is email communication?

We use HIN-secured email. For medical details, we prefer an in-person conversation or a phone call.
